When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, location and any delivery note you provide. No customer account is required.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, verify payment status, provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Payments
Online payments are handled by Paystack. Blaf-Kollektion does not store your card or mobile-money credentials. We store the payment reference and verified payment status needed to fulfil your order.
Sharing and retention
We only share necessary information with service providers involved in payment and delivery. We keep order records for legitimate business and legal purposes and protect administrative access with authentication and security controls.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information where applicable. You can also choose not to join our WhatsApp channel.
